I was thinking about what makes me want to leave this country – after I had mentioned our plans to a friend. I can honestly say, it’s because of the people. This one story in particular just hit me http://www.news24.com/SouthAfrica/News/4-kzn-women-jailed-for-disembowelling-relative-20160122 but there are lot’s of similar stories.

This is a country where if you are in a car accident, and lying helpless besides the road, you have a good chance of being robbed. In fact, often accidents are caused TOO rob people. Do I really want to live in this country?

Unfortunately, things, to me will not change in a hurry. Obviously education is key, but personally, I do not think education is valued as highly as in other countries. Break and steal – it’s the SA way.

Still struggling with trading – but had a better day yesterday. Might be turning a corner.
